MDC have been involved in many projects including using storytelling through visual media.

This has been effective in challenging the attitudes towards HIV within the African community, reaching people where other mediums may fail.

Projects and workshops created by MDC are delivered to heath care workers who have been trained to a limited fashion to think and work within confined parameters. MDC bring a different dimension and approach, empowering them to think more creatively, which helps to reach young people 'by any means necessary' in a way that a lot of them would not have thought to, or much less tried to.
